Today, I actually did both. I'm in yoga teacher training and have to get in so many hours in 8 weeks to be certified and felt a little behind these past couple of weeks, so I doubled up today. This morning? Kicked my ass but I made it through the entire workday with ZERO coffee and a still-upbeat attitude. My class tonight - unreal awesome. So... I'm not sure what I prefer, but doing both was kind of nice.
