Come one, come all to my first TweetUp. Tim Jahn asked me last night if I was available during my upcoming visit for a little pre-welcome party. I knew I missed that Midwest hospitality! I’m not even living there yet and someone thought enough about me to host this thing. Whether or not people come is totally irrelevant to me at this point because the gesture was so awesome.
So if you’re in Chicago, and you aren’t doing anything next Thursday night, come hang out at Schuba’s for some cocktails and feel free to tell me everything you think I need to know about moving to Chicago! And, it’s the day after my birthday, in case you needed one more reason to celebrate. 
And in all fairness: I will have been traveling in the morning and apartment hunting all day before this extravaganza, so don’t be offended if I a) stuff my face as soon as I arrive and b) look a little less fabulous than normal.
