		<description>Hola Sydney. Networking is so crucial this day and age - the days of just shooting out resumes and hoping for a call back are over. You really have to get your &#039;hands dirty&#039; so to speak with every company/organization you&#039;re interested in. My advice would be to remain proactive - approach people, don&#039;t wait to be approached. It&#039;s about constantly getting your name out there and establishing a name for yourself.

By the way - we need to get networked on twitter - I&#039;m following you but right now, the feeling is not mutual. I hear you are looking around at stuff in Chicago, I&#039;m in the same boat, so let&#039;s chat!</description>
